Enable the Caps Lock key, and instead of pressing it again to disable it, press the Shift key. You can test it out right away on your keyboard. Go to the Advanced Key Settings tab and then select the Press the SHIFT key. The Text Services and Input Languages window will come up. In the Region and Language, window navigate to the Keyboards and Languages tab. To disable the keyboard sounds, untick the Use click sound box and press OK. To turn on the keyboard sounds, tick the Use click sound box and press OK. Next, click Options in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The easiest way to do this is to search for “language” from the Start Menu and then click the Region and Language link. If the on-screen keyboard isn’t appearing, launch it by pressing Win + Ctrl + O. Open the Region and Language control panel. No one likes it when you accidentally hit the Caps Lock key while on a typing roll, and suddenly you are showing in a chat or even document. actually there is, you can turn on filter keys and it'll 'click' when typing through your speakers but the repeat rate when typing is set to the minimum of 0.3 seconds so if you hold a key down to quickly get back to the beginning or a sentence with the arrow key for instance it won't repeat except every 0.3 seconds which makes it kinda slow to get there.but it is possible.mine clicks all day if I want it to, I only wish you could set it to 0.0 and have it repeat the key if held down.
